Most items are in stock and ready to ship
within 48 hours of your order. However, custom orders may take 7
to 10 days to ship. We try to keep all styles of hats and rhinestones
in stock at all times, but, occasionally, we may have items on backorder.
We will always let you know if there will be any delay in processing
your order in a timely fashion.
We use USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping fee is a flat rate of $5.95 on all orders in the United States. If you prefer,
you can select USPS Overnight Mail at a cost of
$21.95. International rates are available upon request.

does not charge sales tax on items sold outside the state of Connecticut.
For Connecticut residents, sales tax is 6% and will be added to
your final price.

gladly accepts returns or exchanges for items that you are not completely
satisfied with. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of
your item. The item must be in good condition, unworn, and with
the tag intact. The item must be wrapped appropriately and you must
pay for shipping and insurance. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable.
Custom orders are nonrefundable.
Rhinestone ME
offers gift service at no additional charge. This service includes
wrapping your item in colorful tissue paper and including a personalized
note from you. The gift recipient’s personal information will
be kept private and used only for shipping information.
If you would like your order gift-wrapped, please
select gift wrapping from the store menu and add it to your cart.
